Return and Refund Policy

At Joséphine Paris, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a clear and simple return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  1. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, undamaged).
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including labels and any accessories).
  • The product must not have been customized or modified in any way.
  • The return must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

If your product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  1. Return procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us : Send an email to contact@josephineparis.com to inform our customer service department of your intention to return an item. Please include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return request : Our team will send you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions for returning the item.
  3. Package the product : Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
  4. Return the item : Use the return label provided to return the item to the address indicated.

Return shipping costs : The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

  1. Reimbursements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund of the amount paid for the returned item, according to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item .

Important :

  • The initial shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If you used a promotional code or discount voucher, it will not be reactivated for future use.
  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order. We will refund you for the returned item under the conditions described above.

  1. Defective products or order errors

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please inform us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order). We will then arrange a free return and a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  1. Exceptions to returns

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Items on promotion or sale (unless defective).
  • Personalized or custom-made products (such as engraved or modified bags).
  • Items that have been used or damaged after receipt.
